Geri-Fit is a 45 minute evidence based strength training exercise class for older adults which increases muscular strength, flexibility, and balance. Most of the exercises are performed while seated. Pre-registration is required. All participants must provide their own 2 or 3 lb. hand weights and stretch band; there is no cost to the program.
