                         Get Fit with Geri-Fit.

Geri-Fit is a 45-minute video-led strength training program for older adults. Most exercises are performed seated in chairs. Bring a set of 2 or 3-pound dumbbells, a stretch band, and water to drink.  Please call the library to register 837-6315 or stop by.
