*Calling all Seniors (55 & up)....please join us on the first Tuesday of the month from for Exercise (2:00-2:30) and Games (2:45-3:30).   Refreshments will be served.  Sponsored by the Kensington. 



Geri-Fit Study SignUp



Geri Fit is a video-led fitness program for seniors that will begin at the library beginning January 14 through mid April on Monday and Thursdays from 2-2:45pm.


Participants will be required to bring their own set of 2 or 3 lb dumbell weights and a stretch band.

Please stop by the library for more information and/or to sign up for the study.
